Concentrate and work together with joy

In order to enrich the leisure life of employees and enhance team cohesion, Shenzhen Haigang Long International Trade Co., Ltd. organized all employees to conduct a 3-day team building activity in Xunliao Bay, Huizhou in August.

On the first day, we arrived at a joyful amusement park. Glass slides, go karts, rowing Everyone can fully experience various amusement facilities, release stress, as if returning to childhood. Later, we moved into a seaside villa, facing the sea and enjoying the warmth of spring with blooming flowers. In the evening, everyone worked together to prepare ingredients and started an extraordinary seaside barbecue feast. Amidst laughter and joy, everyone savored the delicious food, and the sharers were happy, bringing each other closer together.

The next day, we took a fishing boat out to sea and experienced the joy of being a fisherman. Under the guidance of the captain, everyone learned to cast and collect nets, feeling the gifts of the sea. Although we didn't gain much, the process was filled with laughter and joy, which also made us realize the importance of teamwork.

On the last day, everyone took a group photo in front of the villa and bid farewell with reluctance.

This team building activity not only relaxed everyone's mind and body, but also enhanced the relationship between colleagues and strengthened team cohesion. I believe that in our future work, we will work together with even greater enthusiasm and high morale to create even more brilliant achievements!
